To help our members securely dispose of unneeded paperwork containing personal information, TFCU will host shred days at several of our branches. Each shred day is from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Click below for the shred day dates.

A common scam called dumpster diving is one of the primary ways criminals obtain information to perpetrate identity theft and other fraudulent activity. These criminals sift through trash to obtain personal information from discarded documents.

To help our members securely dispose of unneeded paperwork containing personal information, TFCU will host shred days at several of our branches.

Location: Unicorn Lake branch (3351 Unicorn Lake Blvd, Denton, TX)

Time: 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

To accommodate everyone on shred days, please limit the amount of paperwork you bring to three boxes (approximately 18 inches by 12 inches) per car.

Fraud Awareness Conference: Safeguarding What Matters Most - Heritage Club event

This free session is designed to help seniors protect themselves from the increasing threats of fraud and scams. Learn from expert speakers about the latest fraud schemes targeting adults and gain practical tips to stay safe. Topics include recognizing red flags, identity theft prevention, and more.

You’ll hear directly from professionals at the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office, Attorney General’s Office, TransFund, Oklahoma Insurance Department, TFCU’s fraud investigator, and other experts. Don’t miss this chance to safeguard your future! Coffee and light snacks will be provided.

The program will feature a panel of experts, along with presentations from our Financial Advisors and Fraud Investigators. Attendees will also have the opportunity to visit informational booths to speak directly with panelists, presenters, Member Services, App Support, and access additional resources.

Tulsa area member appreciation day

Join us for a day of fun at the Tulsa Zoo as we say “thank you” to our members on Saturday, May 30, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. TFCU Tulsa area Member Appreciation Day is for the whole family to join us for fun, animals and excitement.

Tickets are free for TFCU members. To get tickets, simply show a TFCU credit, debit or membership card with a valid photo ID at the TFCU booth at the Tulsa Zoo entrance on May 30.
