Keeping Your Accounts and Information Secure

At TFCU, keeping your accounts and information safe and secure is one of our top priorities. If you have been affected by a scam or suspect fraud on your accounts, please contact the TFCU Member Service Center at (405) 732-0324, option 6, for help. 

Never provide personal financial information, including your online banking username and password, over the phone or the Internet. TFCU will never call or text you asking you to provide this information.

Set international travel alerts

Traveling internationally? Let us know when and where you will be traveling under the “Travel notices” tab in online and mobile banking.

Keep your passwords safe

Use a strong password and update it regularly. Remember, TFCU will never ask for your online banking password. 

Utilize 2-step verification

Add an extra layer of security by enabling 2-step verification when possible. Use an authentication app or text message to verify your identify. 

Verify the legitimacy of phone calls and texts

TFCU will never call or text you asking for your personal information. If you are unsure if a phone call or text is legitimate, call us directly at (405) 732-0324, option 6 to confirm.
