Tinker Federal Credit Union’s (TFCU) newest branch is located at 2183 N. Harper, near the corner of NE 23rd Street and Harper Street in Choctaw.
The branch features an innovative design, a coffee shop and new technologies. Some of the new features include electric car charging stations, Pepper, an interactive robot and Amazon Lockers, which will be installed in the coming months. It is the first TFCU branch with ITMs, or Interactive Teller Machines.
An ITM is able to help members with the same transactions as an ATM but has more capabilities, including depositing checks and making loan payments. If a member needs to speak with a representative while using the ITM, they can video chat with a TFCU Video Advisor.
