Lindsey DeVore is TFCU’s new assistant vice president/manager, human resources operations

OKLAHOMA CITY (April 29, 2024) – Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) recently promoted Lindsey DeVore to assistant vice president/manager, human resources operations.

In her role, DeVore will spearhead initiatives to enhance employees’ experience within TFCU. With a focus on fostering employee engagement and motivation, she will play a pivotal role in cultivating a positive culture throughout the credit union.

DeVore brings a decade of diverse HR experience to her new role as HR operations manager at TFCU. With a foundation in recruiting and executive recruitment, she transitioned into various HR specialist roles before excelling as an HR business partner for the past two years. Prior to joining TFCU, DeVore worked at a large regional credit union in Colorado, where she tackled similar challenges and supported both employees and members.

“I am committed to continuing our efforts to remain an employer of choice. I want to spend more time with our employees, actively seeking their feedback. My objective is to translate this feedback into meaningful data, empowering us to make informed decisions moving forward,” DeVore said. “Our Human Resources team works so hard to advocate for our employees and do what’s right by them. I want to continue this and share more.”

Jennalee Hunter, TFCU’s vice president/director of human resources, said DeVore’s experience in TFCU’s HR business partner and talent acquisitions area made her promotion the next natural step at the credit union.

“Lindsey joined TFCU as a senior HR business partner in 2022. She was instrumental in building the HR business partner function from the ground up, implementing best practices and coaching leaders and employees alike. She has made such a positive impact within our organization and will continue to do so as a leader on the HR team.”
