Israel joined TFCU in 2012 and is currently manager of ITM services. He loves to hang out with his family, make art, restore antique/vintage items and play basketball.
Amanda Nichols
Vice President/Professional Development
Amanda joined TFCU in 2008 and is currently vice president of learning and development. She gets to be the lucky wife of Mike, her hilarious husband, proud mom to Noah, who is living his best life in NYC, and dog mom to two adorable mini schnauzers. When she’s not at the office, you can find her spending quality time with her husband, traveling for concerts and cruises or cheering on her alma mater (Boomer)!
Andrew Akard
Senior Vice President/Facilities
Andrew joined TFCU in 2022 and is currently senior vice president of facilities. He and his wife, Alexis, are proud parents to Everett and Emilia. He is a U.S. Navy veteran who enjoys cooking and spending time with family. When he’s not watching Bluey with the kids, he enjoys watching the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Business Development Officer
Terah joined TFCU in 2024 and is currently a business development officer. She is passionate about helping others and learning new things. In her free time, she is a massive sports fan and an avid reader. She also is loving this role as a podcast host.
