2026 Win Gas for a Year Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY: A new loan, purchase transaction or credit union membership will not increase your chances of winning, and you have not yet won the Sweepstakes. This 2026 Win Gas for a Year Sweepstakes (“2026 Win Gas for a Year”) is void where prohibited and subject to eligibility and these Official Rules.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The 2026 Win Gas for a Year begins at 12:00 a.m. CT on Monday, June 1, 2026, and ends at 6:00 p.m. CT on Friday, July 31, 2026 (“2026 Win Gas for a Year Period”). Tinker Federal Credit Union’s (“Tinker” or “TFCU”) computer system is the official time keeping device for this 2026 Win Gas for a Year Sweepstakes.

3. ELIGIBILITY: The 2026 Win Gas for a Year Sweepstakes is open to any current and prospective member of TFCU who enter via the alternative method described below, who:

(a)  is a permanent legal resident of one of the fifty states of the United States of America or the District of Columbia or an ITIN holder;

(b) has a valid U.S. street address (no P.O. boxes); and

(c) who is at least eighteen years of age as of the end of the 2026 Win Gas for a Year Sweepstakes Period (July 31, 2026).

TFCU members must be in good standing at the time of entry and as of the last day of the Sweepstakes Period and at time of award. A TFCU member in “good standing” is determined solely by TFCU and is a member who has at least one share account with TFCU, has not defaulted on any payment obligations to TFCU, has no charge-off with TFCU, and is not determined to be in a delinquency status.

All TFCU employees, including its divisions and affiliates, and all of their directors, officers,  volunteers, contractors, subcontractors, marketing partners, including Braid Creative and Consulting, LLC, and their immediate family members or household members (including, but not limited to parents, children, spouses, in-laws, and siblings or persons living in the same household) are not eligible.
Any potential 2026 Win Gas for a Year Sweepstakes winner will be subject to verification of eligibility and be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, including an authorization for the release of his or her social security number for tax reporting purposes, complete an IRS Form W-9, and provide valid (unexpired) government-issued photo identification. The announced winner must reply to TFCU and supply the necessary information and complete forms and information within seven calendar days of the first notification from TFCU or its agent. Failure of any potential winner to reply and communicate with TFCU, and return the required affidavit, IRS form, and other verification requirements to TFCU within the seven-calendar day timeframe from the initial attempted contact by TFCU will be determined to have automatically forfeited any award. In the event of award forfeiture, when the potential winner fails to reply within the seven day time-frame, an announced winner is unreachable by phone, the award goes unrecognized, the potential winner fails to complete and provide all requirements and forms, or if an announced winner declines the award, then TFCU is authorized to randomly select an alternate potential winner to receive the award. All potential winners are subject to the requirements of these Official Rules and any failure to comply with the Official Rules shall deem any potential winners ineligible and/or considered a forfeiture of the award. In the event of any dispute as to the identity of the potential winner, the potential winner shall be required to identify their eligibility as a primary member in good standing with TFCU and further verify their identity with a valid identification as required by these Official Rules.

4. HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST: No purchase, payment, transaction, or membership is necessary to enter or win the 2026 Win Gas for a Year Sweepstakes. Eligible individuals may enter the 2026 Win Gas for a Year Sweepstakes by one of the following methods:

• Automatic Entry (TFCU Members): All eligible TFCU primary members in good standing as of the last day of the Sweepstakes Period (July 31, 2026) will automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.

• Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – Prospective Members or Optional Entry: Non-members/prospective members or members who wish to enter by mail may submit one entry by hand-printing on a 3” x 5” index card:

All entries must be handwritten and mailed through the U.S. Postal Service. Mechanically or digitally reproduced entries are void. Entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2026, and received no later than two days following July 31, 2026.

Incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, late, misdirected, or postage-due entries will be disqualified.

Limit: One entry per eligible individual, regardless of entry method. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry using multiple identities, addresses, memberships, or methods will result in disqualification.

All entries become the property of TFCU and will not be returned.

5. AWARD: Ten grand prize “2026 Win Gas for a Year” gift cards, valued at $3,000, will be given to ten winners. The winners will be drawn at the end of the registration period from all valid entries.

6. RESTRICTIONS: Only one entry per each eligible individual is allowed. Any duplicative or multiple entries submitted in violation of these Official Rules will be discarded.

Any fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity intended to interfere with the proper operation of the Sweepstakes will result in disqualification and may result in legal action.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TFCU and its divisions, affiliates, partners, agents, representatives, employees, officers, directors, and sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, postage due, misdirected entries, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions, or for other errors, omissions, interruptions, or deletions of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic or for any damage to any person or person’s property related to participating in the 2026 Win Gas for a Year Sweepstakes. Persons found tampering with, abusing any aspect of the 2026 Win Gas for a Year Sweepstakes or entries or violating these Official Rules, will be disqualified and may be subject to prosecution. ANY ATTEMPT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE 2026 WIN GAS FOR A YEAR SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND FOR ANY SUCH ATTEMPT, TFCU, ITS AFFILIATES, SPONSORS, AND PARTNERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a potential winner or entry based on an automatic entry, the winning entry will be declared made by the member who is the primary share account holder, as determined solely by TFCU’s records. IN NO EVENT WILL TFCU OR ANY OF ITS DIVISIONS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SPONSORS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND PARTNERS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, CLAIMS, OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY PARTICIPATION OR ENTRY IN THIS 2026 WIN GAS FOR A YEAR SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE OR USE OR MISUSE OF ANY AWARD. Any disputes arising out of the 2026 Win Gas for a Year Sweepstakes or these Official Rules will be governed in accordance with applicable federal laws and the laws of the state of Oklahoma. Any disputes will be settled in the district, jurisdiction, and venue of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Oklahoma County. ALL ENTRANTS WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND ADDITIONALLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO FORM AND/OR BRING A CLASS ACTION IN RELATION TO THIS 2026 WIN GAS FOR A YEAR SWEEPSTAKES TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY U.S. FEDERAL OR OKLAHOMA LAW.  Entrants and participants in the 2026 Win Gas for a Year Sweepstakes (eligible or ineligible entrants and participants), shall not be entitled to claim, request, or receive any consequential, punitive, indirect, direct, special, incidental, or other damages for any reason. In the event of any damages awarded, such shall be strictly limited to direct and actual out-of-pocket expenses and costs, regardless of cause or reason. These limitations are void where prohibited. TFCU and its divisions, affiliates, partners, sponsors, representatives, and agents expressly disclaim any and all liability, indirect or direct, regarding the entrant’s participation in the 2026 Win Gas for a Year Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any chances of winning, and do not make any warranties of any kind as part of the 2026 Win Gas for a Year Sweepstakes. Each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless TFCU and any of its affiliates, sponsors, employees, volunteers, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and partners from and against any and all liability, claims, causes of action, losses, injury, demands, or damages (regardless of action, cause, or participation) resulting from the entrant’s actions, inactions, or participation in the 2026 Win Gas for a Year Sweepstakes.

8. GENERAL: Unless you opt-out in writing, eligible TFCU members agree to automatic entry into the 2026 Win Gas for a Year.

Ten winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified by phone on or after August 10, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Winners must complete required documentation, including IRS Form W-9, and are responsible for all applicable taxes.

By accepting a prize, winners grant TFCU permission to use their name, likeness, and information for promotional purposes, where permitted by law.

TFCU reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond its control affect the integrity.
