Visa Gift Card Disclosure

Welcome. Upon purchasing your Tinker Federal Credit Union Visa Gift Card, you will be able to spend up to the value placed on the card most anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.

MEMBER CONSENT TO ACCEPT ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF e-DISCLOSURES UNDER THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES IN GLOBAL AND NATIONAL COMMERCE ACT

Definitions. In this Agreement, the word “e-Disclosure” refers to any disclosures that we would normally provide to you in a written form that you retain. “Visa Gift Card” refers to the gift card established with Tinker Federal Credit Union, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A., Inc., which may be used for purchases at most merchants where Visa is accepted. The words “you,” “your,” and “cardholder” refer to the person who has received the Tinker Federal Credit Union Visa Gift Card. The words “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU).

Consent to Receive e-Disclosures Electronically. This document informs you of your rights when receiving legally required disclosures from TFCU. By clicking the “I Accept” button below, you acknowledge receipt of this document and consent to the electronic delivery of e-Disclosures. You also agree to receive other disclosures online when we elect to make them available in electronic format. Click the link below to receive the Terms and Conditions for TFCU’s Visa Gift Card.

Requesting a Paper Copy of e-Disclosures. You may request a paper copy of any disclosure received electronically under this Agreement by writing to TFCU at P.O. Box 45750, Tinker AFB, OK 73145, e-mailing us at memberservices@tinkerfcu.org, contacting our Member Service Center at 405-732-0324 or 1-800-456-4828, or visiting a local TFCU branch. Paper copies will be provided to you at no charge.

Right to Withdraw Consent. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by writing to TFCU at P.O. Box 45750, Tinker AFB, OK 73145, e-mailing us at memberservices@tinkerfcu.org, or contacting our Member Service Center at 405-732-0324 or 1-800-456-4828. There are no fees for requesting to withdraw your consent for e-Disclosures.

Hardware and Software Requirements. The minimum requirements to view your disclosures electronically are any of the two most recent versions of the following Internet browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome or Edge; hardware capable of running this software; and a printer if you wish to print your disclosures, or the ability to store (save) your disclosures electronically to your computer. Some areas of the site may require the use of Adobe Flash or Adobe Acrobat Reader. If we change the hardware or software to communicate electronically with you and our change materially affects your ability to access or receive communications electronically, we will notify you of the changes and provide you with a statement of your right to withdraw consent.

Change of Email Address. You should keep us informed of any change in your electronic mailing address. You may change your email address by writing to TFCU at P.O. Box 45750, Tinker AFB, OK 73145, contacting Member Services at 405-732-0324 or 1-800-456-4828, visiting a local TFCU branch, or through TFCU’s Home Branch online and mobile banking.

Your Ability to Access e-Disclosures. By accepting below, you acknowledge that you can access the electronic disclosures in the designated formats described above.
