TFCU member Leigha Williams nominated her husband, Henry Williams, to receive a $500 Visa gift card in the annual TFCU “Thankful for You” contest and won. Leigha said, “I am thankful for Henry because the dating pool is terrible! But he came into my life and he was a great catch. He brought back my faith in love and always finds a way to make me smile!”
Henry, a Houston, TX native, met Leigha just a couple months after moving to Oklahoma in March 2018. Both Leigha and Henry drive commercial trucks for a living. “We took about three years to get to know each other, then we finally got married and everything went up from there,” said Leigha. “We worked magic!” interjected Henry.
Over the last couple years Leigha has suffered a few health issues and has relied on Henry. “He’s been right there. He’s been a great provider and he’s been there to comfort me. I’m blessed to have someone like that,” said Leigha.
As a TFCU member since 2010, Leigha was following TFCU’s social media in November when she heard about the annual “Thankful for You” contest and nominated Henry. What she didn’t know is that she would also win a $100 Visa gift card for spreading gratitude. “This is going to pay off the Pike Pass!” said Henry.
