TFCU drive-thru banking upgrade

Good news: your drive-thru experience is getting an upgrade. Over the course of this year, we’re replacing the traditional tube systems at TFCU branches with drive-up Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). The change is designed to make your everyday banking faster, easier and more convenient. And don’t worry – our TFCU team members aren’t going anywhere. They’re still just one tap away to help with your transaction in real time.

ITMs provide 24/7 access to self-service banking features like withdrawals and deposits, anytime you need them. And if you want to speak face-to-face with a TFCU employee, our ITM team is available to video chat Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to noon, all from the ITM screen.

What’s an ITM and how does it work?

ITMs look a lot like ATMs, but they offer more features. You can handle your banking on your own using the self-service features or video chat with a live TFCU employee on the screen. Either way, you’re in control.

Instead of sending your transactions through a tube, you’ll pull up to one of our new or existing drive-up ITMs and tap the screen to get started. From there, you can quickly and easily take care of nearly everything you’d normally handle with an employee inside the branch, all without leaving your vehicle.

You’ll be able to:

  • Cash or deposit checks.
  • Make loan and credit card payments.
  • Transfer funds between accounts.
  • Withdraw cash.
  • Video chat with a TFCU employee to ask questions and receive help.

When to expect the update

These changes will take place at TFCU branches throughout the year. We’ll keep you informed as your branch’s update approaches.
