New and improved online experience for TFCU credit card holders

TFCU credit card holders will now enjoy an optimized user experience with a new and improved online banking interface. The updated site includes:

  • A new look and simplified experience
  • Improved navigation and better viewing from your mobile or tablet devices
  • New credit card controls

In addition to delivering a new and improved online experience, TFCU credit card holders now have the option to lock and unlock their cards. If you temporarily misplace your TFCU credit card, simply login to Home Branch and lock the card- the restriction takes place immediately. If you find the card later, you can unlock the card the same way, and immediately resume using it.

Current online and mobile banking users can access the new credit card site from the “Accounts” page, then click “Credit Cards.” If you have not entered the credit card online banking platform previously, you will need to register your card.

FAQs

How do I enroll in online banking?
To access the credit card online banking platform, you must first be in enrolled in online and mobile banking. Once enrolled, you can access the credit card platform through the accounts summary page.

Why can’t I go back to my online banking session?
For mobile- To get back to your online banking session, click the “X” at the top left corner of the screen. The back arrow will not take you back to your online banking session.

For desktop- When you exit the online credit card site on a desktop, you will be signed out of your current online banking session. You will have to enter your login credentials again to access you online banking session.

Can I utilize card controls on my MoneyPlus™ debit card?
Card controls are not yet available for the MoneyPlus™ debit card.
