Open a share (savings) account at Tinker Federal Credit Union with only a $5 required deposit and balance and you become a member and part-owner of one of the nation’s leading credit unions with locations throughout Oklahoma and in Texas.

Offering TFCU services at your organization

To join a credit union, most individuals must qualify through an eligible organization. By becoming a TFCU Partner, those affiliated with your organization and their immediate family members gain access to TFCU membership and can take advantage of our wide range of financial products and services. Partnering with TFCU provides your organization with a valuable benefit that supports financial well-being while providing access to one of the largest credit unions in the country.

Who can join?

There are over 3,600 different ways to qualify for membership at Tinker Federal Credit Union! If you don’t see an option below that works for you, call the TFCU contact center at 1-800-456-4828, or visit a branch and we will help determine how you can become a member.

Any member of your immediate family (spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandchild, stepparent, stepchild, stepsibling or adoptive family member) is already a member of TFCU, or is eligible to join
Any permanent member of your household is already a member of TFCU, or is eligible to join

Any surviving spouses of TFCU members
Military personnel, civilian personnel, contractor or employee of the United States Government assigned to or works at Tinker Air Force Base, Vance Air Force Base, an Army National Guard facility, or an Oklahoma Armed Forces Reserve Center.

Any member of the U.S. Armed Forces who is active, retired, a dependent, or a dependent survivor who is eligible by law or regulations to receive and is receiving benefits or services from one of the following: Tinker Air Force Base, Vance Air Force Base, an Army National Guard facility, or an Oklahoma Armed Forces Reserve Center.

Any employee of any one of our 3,600 TFCU Partner companies and organizations
Membership in the Oklahoma Jump$tart Coalition (Oklahoma residents) for a one-time membership fee of $10.00, or membership the Cornerstone Foundation (Texas residents and other areas) for a one-time membership fee of $15.00
