Amber Tate has been with Tinker Federal Credit Union since 2017. She is the Manager of Member Solutions, following a career at CitiFinancial Servicing Inc. for twelve years where she held the title of Assistant Center Manager for the servicing of consumer and mortgage portfolios. Prior to that she was a Center Manager for one of their largest extended hour executive branches. There she gained experience in overseeing compliance to lending policies and procedures, collection practices and mortgage regulations. Amber played a role in assisting clients with financial hardship modifications, and short sales which is where she really found her passion for helping others through difficult financial situations. Amber earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University and went on to earn a Master of Science in Management. She holds a designation as a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC). In her spare time, Amber enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family. Amber is a true crimes junkie. She likes a good book, listening to music, podcast, and binge-watching Netflix.
