As a benefit of membership, TFCU offers free financial coaching with our Member Solutions team. The program is designed to provide several different assistance options to all members, regardless of income level or financial status. The team is able to design a program to fit your individual needs based on your particular situation.
The Member Solutions team is able to discuss financial coaching with members over the phone or at a TFCU branch. In 2021, the Member Solutions team made 124 branch visits and held 1,311 counseling appointments.
