This year, the TFCU’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting was held virtually and in person on April 6, 2024, at the credit union’s corporate office and was made available to members virtually. Board members and those in attendance online and in person heard about the progress made in the credit union during 2023.
This year, three candidates nominated by the Nominating and Elections Committee were elected to the TFCU Board of Directors. TFCU members elected the three candidates by vote of acclamation.
Below are the three re-elected board members.

Following the annual meeting, board members met to elect new officers, as follows:

- Rodney Walker, Secretary
- Sheila Jones, Treasurer
- Richard “Al” Rich, Assistant Secretary I
- James Pearl, Assistant Secretary II
- Scott White, Assistant Treasurer
