At the end of the business day on October 5, 2026, TFCU is closing its Oklahoma City, Southwest Drive-Thru branch, located at 1200 S.W. 89th St. Members in this area can still visit the TFCU branch located just a short distance away at the existing Oklahoma City, Southwest branch at 9601 S. Pennsylvania Ave.
What’s changing
TFCU remains committed to serving south Oklahoma City. TFCU is consolidating two nearby locations into one full-service branch. Members will still have access to everything they had previously, plus added features, in one, convenient location.
The OKC, Southwest branch already offers full branch services in the lobby, but starting October 6, it will also feature new drive-thru Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) lanes. This will give members the option to experience both in-branch and drive-thru banking that’s faster and easier.
What can members do at a drive-thru ITM?
An ITM lets members complete most everyday transactions without leaving their car, including:
- Deposit cash and checks.
- Make loan and credit card payments.
- Withdrawal cash.
- Connect face-to-face with a live TFCU teller through video for more personal help.
Self-service ITM features are available 24/7. Live video teller assistance is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon.

What members need to know about the closure
- The OKC, Southwest Drive-Thru branch (1200 S.W. 89th St.) will close permanently at the end of the business day on October 5, 2026.
- Starting October 6, 2026, members in this area can visit at the OKC, Southwest branch (9601 S. Pennsylvania Ave.).
- The OKC, Southwest branch will offer full lobby services plus new drive-thru ITM lanes for members who prefer to bank from their vehicle.
