This session will explore how implicit bias shows up in the workplace and provide practical strategies to recognize and mitigate its impact. The session will be led by Michael S. Cohen, Partner for the employer, labor, benefits and immigration practice group, Duane Morris LLP, based in Philadelphia, PA. Michael specializes in employment law training and counseling, and has been cited as a national authority on employment issues by publications such as The New York Times, The Associated Press, USA Today, and many others. This engaging 45-minute session will provide practical insights to allow attendees to leave with tools to foster more inclusive hiring practices, team dynamics, and leadership decisions.
