McCaleb Homes: ‘TFCU has been right there as our partner.’
For Caleb and Terry McCaleb, homebuilding has never been just about houses — it’s about creating places where people belong. As the founders of McCaleb Homes, the Edmond-based husband-and-wife team has spent 35 years shaping neighborhoods that prioritize connection, character and long-term value.
Towne Square: A partnership built over time
One of the developments is the Towne Square neighborhood – a large-scale community that reflects the McCaleb vision from the ground up. From the very beginning of Towne Square more than a decade ago, TFCU partnered with McCaleb Homes to help finance land acquisition, development and construction.
“TFCU has been right there with us the whole time,” Caleb says. “Every time we’ve asked to do something, they’ve said yes.”
A family-driven business
McCaleb Homes is truly a family operation. Terry serves as the company’s interior designer, working closely with homeowners to bring personality and warmth into every space. Their three children are also involved in the business, handling construction, operations and sales and marketing.
“You can tell that they care about their people,” explains Lanier Lee, TFCU Commercial Loan Officer. “They care about the communities that they serve. I love it.”

Rooted in community
That shared focus on community is another reason their partnership with TFCU works so well. “I feel like TFCU focuses on community, too,” says Caleb. And with trusted partners like TFCU alongside them, McCaleb Homes plans to build communities for years to come.
