TFCU Thankful for You Official Giveaway Rules

  1. No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
  2. How to enter the drawing: TFCU will post a Thankful for You contest on its Facebook and Instagram channels. Individuals will receive one entry into the contest after commenting on the post. Participants may only comment one time. By doing this, the participant is nominating another person to be a winner. Winner(s) will be randomly selected by Tinker Federal Credit Union’s randomized drawing system.
  3. Eligibility: Prize drawing open to all legal U.S. residents (including non-members) residing in Oklahoma ages 18 years and older, and all TFCU members ages 18 years and older. Employees, volunteers and immediate families (family members living in the household of an employee or volunteer) of Tinker Federal Credit Union and Braid Creative are not eligible to enter.
  4. Prize available: One (1) Pre-Paid Visa Gift Card valued at $750 will be given to five (5) winners — three (3) from Facebook and two (2) from Instagram. Also, one (1) Pre-Paid Visa Gift Card valued at $100 will be given to the five (5) individuals who nominated the winner. The winners will be drawn at the end of the registration period from all submitted (valid) entries.
  5. Restrictions on entering: Every one (1) eligible person can submit one (1) entry during the registration period of November 1 – 9, 2023. Subsequent entries determined to be submitted in violation of this rule will be declared ineligible. As the administrator of this contest, TFCU has the power to remove subsequent entries if they are in violation of this rule. You may be asked to verify your information from any entry you submit. TFCU may prohibit an entrant from participating in the drawing or winning of prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the drawing by cheating, hacking, deception, or other practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or TFCU entities.
  6. General: Five (5) winners will be randomly drawn and notified by Facebook and Instagram direct message on or after November 10, 2023. If any winners cannot be personally contacted within two (2) days of the initial notification, TFCU reserves the right to randomly draw another winner, and the original winner will be considered to have forfeited his or her prize. Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event of unavailability of any stated prize, TFCU reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Winners may be asked to show valid identification to collect prizes. Winners of the prizes will be required to sign a Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) to receive their respective prizes. Acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s permission for Tinker Federal Credit Union to use his or her likeness or name for publicity or promotional uses without compensation or notice.
