Tinker Federal Credit Union Names Jennifer Golden Assistant General Counsel

OKLAHOMA CITY – Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) has named Jennifer Golden assistant general counsel to its legal department.

Prior to coming to TFCU, Golden practiced law with several Oklahoma City metro area law firms. She has over 22 years of experience representing banks, credit unions and trust departments in a broad range of areas. These areas include regulatory, compliance, mergers, acquisitions and business matters.

In addition, she brings several years of experience in developing estate plans for individuals, guardianship documents, managing complex probates and trust administrations and completing extensive review and analysis of multi-state wills, trusts and other estate planning for various financial institutions.

Golden received her juris doctor with honors from the University of Oklahoma in 1998. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Prior to attending law school, Jennifer worked as a tax accountant in public and private practice.
