OKLAHOMA CITY – Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) has named Karl Wasserleben vice president, regional director of branch operations.
Karl’s new responsibilities include working with branch managers to implement operational policies and procedures for TFCU’s branch offices. He will help managers in planning, organizing, goal setting, directing and controlling all aspects of branch operations.
Karl will also train and supervise branch staff and ensure that branch processes are in line with corporate goals, as well as state and federal rules and regulations governing deposit/loan accounts and payment processing guidelines.
Karl began his career with TFCU in 2001 as a part-time teller. By 2008, he had advanced to the position of assistant branch manager at the Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB) location. Shortly after, Karl was promoted to assistant vice president, branch manager. Since 2012, he served as the vice president branch manager at TAFB before being promoted to his new role as vice president, regional director of branch operations.

TFCU is the largest credit union in Oklahoma, with $3.4 billion in assets and over 314,000 members.
