OKLAHOMA CITY – Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) has named Jay Foote vice president/director of lending. His new responsibilities include working directly with lending managers and branch managers to ensure corporate goals are reached. He will also provide oversight and direction to maintain uniformity, consistency and regulatory compliance in lending practices throughout the credit union.
In addition, Jay will assist the senior vice president of lending in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, which conform to all regulatory requirements of the lending process.
In 2005, Foote began his career with TFCU as the assistant branch manager of the Tinker Air Force Base branches. He was then promoted to assistant vice president/branch manager in 2006 and later vice president/branch manager in 2008. Before being named vice president/director of lending, he served as vice president/director of branch operations for six years.
“Jay is an excellent manager with a proven track record,” said Senior Vice President of Lending Connie Wall. “He has done an exceptional job of directing branch operations and is looking forward to helping us expand our lending initiatives to the next level.”
TFCU is the largest credit union in Oklahoma, with $3.4 billion in assets and over 314,000 members.
