HARDSHIP OPTIONS

Branch Access Changes

Our members and employees are our primary concern. We encourage you to take advantage of our online, mobile and telephone account access options during this time.

Please note the following branch changes:

  • Lobby access is available by appointment only, Monday through Friday. – Schedule an Appointment
  • All branches are completely closed on Saturdays.
  • Our coin counters are unavailable during this time.
  • We strongly suggest our members practice social distancing and take advantage of our extended drive-thru hours, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Our Member Service Center (call center) hours will remain the same:

  • Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, and Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, by phone at (405) 732-0324, or through Live Chat.

Enhanced Services

The following extended service options are available to members.

Senior Hour

For members age 60 or older only, call (405) 732-0324 to schedule special branch lobby appointments between 8:00 am and 9:00 am. Seniors are also welcome to make general membership appointments between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Schedule an Appointment

Debit Cards

New and replacement debit cards available in the drive-thru.

CUSC/CO-OP Shared Branches

Extended Credit Union Service Center options available through the drive-thru.

Extended Drive-Thru Hours

The drive-thru will be open 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Electronic Funds Transfers

Waiving limits on electronic funds transfers, upon request. Call Member Service Center at (405) 732-0324 for assistance.

Need contactless access to your accounts?

TFCU’s Home Branch Mobile app allows you to access your account information from a mobile device anywhere, anytime. This no-fee service is available at the App Store and Google Play for your Apple and Android devices.
