Home Branch has a new look.

TFCU’s Home Branch upgrade showcases a fresh, modern look across all your devices. (Changes are coming to our Home Branch Mobile app later in 2019.) Key changes to Home Branch from your web browser include more user customization options, simplified navigation, clean design and faster loading times.

You asked, and we listened.

Great new features

  • Enjoy an easier, more convenient log in from TinkerFCU.org with User ID and Password fields on one screen. Note: We have moved away from requiring the security image used in our previous system and replaced it with newer, best-practice security options.
  • Customize your experience with personalized background image and profile image options. You can also customize the order of your accounts and loans.
  • Process your Skip-A-Payment from your web browser on any device.
  • Quickly access recent transactions by clicking on any account or loan on the accounts page.
  • Access your account settings through the navigation menu in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

Click the LOG IN button at the top of TinkerFCU.org to securely enter your User ID and Password.

Home Branch 2019 Screen Sort Options

Home Branch adapts to your preferences

We have added features to make your online account access feel like home. Now you can customize the order of your accounts and loans, as well as your profile and background images.

Tip: From your main Accounts view, select Options then use the eye icons to hide and unhide accounts from view.

Tip: Click the user icon with your initials in the upper left-hand corner of Home Branch. From here, you can upload Profile and Background images to personalize your experience.

Access your settings through the new navigation menu

Manage your alerts, messages and settings through the new navigation menu in the upper right-hand corner of the page.

Tip: Click the navigation icon in the upper right-hand corner and log off Home Branch from the drop down menu.

Skip-A-Payments from your mobile device

If you have a TFCU loan, you can now process your next Skip-A-Payment with ease in Home Branch from your mobile device.

Tip: Select the account you wish to skip a monthly payment on and Skip-A-Payment will show up if it’s available for your account.

Easy customization for your accounts and loans

From the Accounts section, select Options to arrange the order of your accounts and loans.

Tip: To further customize your accounts and loans, click Activity/Details and select Edit Nickname.
